Task #1 (You be the Judge Activity)

Go to

B.Socrative.com

Enter room “A89559b4”

There you will find 20 court cases. Remember you are practicing thinking legally minded. Read through the scenario, ask any questions you need to, and then select an answer. Once you have selected your answer you will be asked if you agree or disagree with the court’s ruling. To receive full credit in this section you must answer academically. That means your first sentence is a claim and followed by three supporting pieces of information.
