  2. Why is the Federal Kidnapping Act 18 U.S.C. § 1201 (Lindbergh Law) typically effective as a deterrent?

Task #1 (Attempted Kidnappings)

We are going to look at 7 attempted kidnappings caught on camera. I will give a piece of copy paper that we will use in landscape. I have put an example of the chart we will create on this piece of paper below for reference.
