Today we will be conducting the trials of People v O.J. Simpson and the State of Arkansas v Misskelley, Echols, & Baldwin.

Case #1 (O.J. Simpson) will go first. If you are in the jury you will get out a piece of notebook paper and set up a Cornell note sheet. Title: O.J. Simpson Case. Essential Question: Is the defendant guilty? In your summary you will decide, based on the evidence, if the defendant is guilty. This paper is due before you leave today.

Once Case #1 is completed then Case #2 will go. Their jury will set up a Cornell note sheet in the same way and go through the same process.
