Warm Up:

  1. Looking at your case, what witnesses (or types of witnesses), do you want to ensure that your side has prepared for trial? Explain your answer.
  2. What types of strategies will you use, or not use, that are from the real trial of your case? Explain your answer.

Now that we have enough evidence gathered for both the Simpson and West Memphis case we are going to meet in your trial teams one last time. Don’t forget your teams need the following documents ready for trial:

Attorneys:  A list of your questions and to whom.

Witnesses:  Academic paragraph on who you are and what you know.

Cross: List of questions you have for each of the opposing counsels witnesses? Don’t know? FIND OUT.

Opening Argument: Written copy of opening

Closing Argument: Written copy of closing
