Announcement:

If you never turned in your GAFE internet usage form, that was handed out during first period before break, your account may be already locked out. This means you will not be able to access your account or even use a Chromebook until that form is in and the district gets a chance to turn your account back on.

Task #1 (Quick Recap)

Before we went on Spring break we worked in groups of four and each group proposed a real world case to practice trying in Mock Trial. After each group proposed their case every student cast two votes as to which cases were their top two. The result o this vote showed us the two cases we will be looking at. Results are posted below.

Task #2 (Trial & Side Assignment)

As usual we will have random assignments for both cases and sides for each team.

Task #3 (Trial Prep)

Below there is a form. It contains a list of questions that need to be addressed before we can really prep for trial. These questions are meant to guide you in getting to know your cases.

Task #4 (Challenging Questions)

It has been awhile since this group practiced writing critical thinking questions. Each group will contribute 4 Costas’s Level 4 questions before the end of class today. Remember to underline the stem and word used.

PDF Guide -> Mr. Tylers Guide to Writing a Level 3 Costa Question

Task #5 ( Presentations)

Time permitting today each group will share out what they have learned about their cases.
