Case #2 – Lee Cavaneugh v Dons Drive In (Raw File)

Task #2 (Quick Review)

Three teams have already created and shared their pre-trial case slides through Google. The defense team for Jensen v White Star has yet to share their slide file. All teams can view the presentations in progress via the link below. The link below will only allow viewing not editing.

4th Round Pre-Trial Slides -> Pre-Trial Case slides – Jensen v White Star & Cavanaugh v Dons Drive-In

Task #3 (Primary Goal for Today)

All teams need to be trial ready before they leave today. All teams will have 60 minutes to go through their cases for further analysis and to complete their pre-trial case slides. At the end of the 60 minutes each team will take a turn walking us through their slide show. I will point out areas that need improvement or where you case arguments are weak. This activity will be a 50 point assignment. You will be graded as a team in this event since each of you is responsible for making this presentation. As usual though your mock trial performances will be graded individually.
