Agenda:

Warm Up

There will be no warm up. I will be off site today.

Task #1

Today since I cannot be with you I thought the best thing for us to do is to look over real lawyers in action again. Follow the steps below to complete Task #1.

Step #1 – Download, save, and share, this Cornell Note Document to MrTylersLessons@gmail.com -> Cornell Notes – People v Richard Arnold – Your Name

Step #2 – Watch the case of People v Richard Arnold by clicking on this VIDEO LINK. If the video link does not work with the Chromebooks then click HERE to be taken to the REAL TRIAL GOOGLE folder with the video in it so you can download it to your account and watch it that way. I was able to get it successfully loaded at 9:02 so it make take a minute for Google to process the video. REMEMBER, You are going to click “download” and the video will download to your account. Even if Google says its processing the video you can still download it. Lastly, some people are confused by the next screen. To clarify what Google is saying I will translate. Google is saying it cannot scan the file for viruses. It is NOT saying the file is a virus. Click on the blue “Download Anyway” button below to download the video.  I want you watching the attorneys for prosecution and defense specifically. Stacy Running prosecutes and Kerry Armstrong argues for the defense. Lastly, this is an attempted murder case.
