Introduction to Mock Trial

Question 1 = What is an objection?
Question 2 = What does “Objection! Lack of Foundation!” mean?
Question 3 = What does “Objection! Speculation!” mean?
Today when you walk in you will find the table arranged into your groups. Go sit with your team. If you are new to the class sit with a group that has an opening.
Once everyone is seated we will go through the Mock Trial Google Drive Link so you can see the resources there for you.
After we go through the link I will have you click on the link below for the online game Objection ! Your Honor !
Once you feel pretty decent in your trial and objection skills pair up with someone on your team and go through this simulation -> MAKING YOUR CASE
When you have completed all the tasks above work again with your trial to get ready for trial. Team #2 Prosecution and defense will be starting off their trial tomorrow.
