Task #1 (Read the Information Below)
READ THE DIRECTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY TODAY. YOU ARE ALL HAVING TO REPEAT FRIDAY’S ACTIVITY BECAUSE FEW PEOPLE READ THE DIRECTIONS.
On Friday I posted the following directions for the day’s online activity:
“Now, equipped with your Cornell Notes from yesterday at your disposal you will be going through the 12 major discussion questions again. Go to M.Socrative.com and enter room “A89559b4″. It is very important you understand this next piece. For each question you need to make one claim to open your paragraph and then have three sentences of support backing up the claim. If at the end of this activity all participants follow these directions we can stop. If anyone does not follow these guidelines we will be doing these questions again. Remember the format for your answers should be: CLAIM SENTENCE. SUPPORTING SENTENCE. SUPPORTING SENTENCE. SUPPORTING SENTENCE”
Today you will be doing Friday’s activity all over again. Read through people’s responses from Friday.
There are three main points for you to realize here:
1. Do NOT ever write “IDK” or “?”. You are on a laptop. IF you do not know how to respond to a question RESEARCH it.
2. You MUST respond with no less than four sentences. 1 CLAIM sentence and 3 SUPPORTING DETAIL sentences. If we once again fail this activity we will have to do it again tomorrow.
3. BE aware that each day you are doing this assignment counts as a letter grade. Thus, if you are following the directions you are helping continue to build up your grade.
Task #2 (Today’s Task)
Now, once again go to M.Socrative.com and enter room “A89559b4” and answer the twelve biggest questions about this subject of this unit. You have 90 minutes. That is more than enough time to research an answer if you need it.
