Today is our last day to prep for the trial of Billings v Pearson. Over the last couple days everyone has rotated through a position for trial and we have our final teams locked in. Today you be taking a test on Billings v Pearson so we can correct and misunderstandings about the case and about using objections.

Warm Up (5 minutes)
Head to M.Socrative.com and enter room “A89559b4”

Task #1 (2 minutes)
Remember we will be representing the Prosecution. To VIEW the SIGN UP SHEET for this trial click HERE. To actually edit the sign up sheet you will need to go through your e-mail and click the link that was sent to you.
Task #2 (40 minutes)
When we are all ready you will be going back to Socrative.com and entering room “A89559b4”. There will be a timer counting down from 40:00 on the board so you can judge your time remaining.
Task #3 (20 minutes)
With the time remaining we will be going over the results of the test.
