Students will be conducting another practice trial on Billings v Pearson. This time everyone who fulfilled their role yesterday will be jury.

Warm Up (5 minutes)
Before you do the warm up today read this article -> GeekWire -Lawsuit targets Snapchat for 107 – mph crash.

Task #1 (2 minutes)
Remember we will be representing the Prosecution. To VIEW the SIGN UP SHEET for this trial click HERE. To actually edit the sign up sheet you will need to go through your e-mail and click the link that was sent to you.
Task #2 (60 minutes)
2nd string participants will take their place in court. Jury members will take their seat in the jury pool.
2nd String Participants – You will be using your prep work for trial.
Jury Pool – Assignment -> Jury Notes – (Case Name) – Period 2 – (Your Name)
Task #3 ( 30 minutes)
Jury members will put their notes on the screen and report out.
