Before we start really examining this case to prep for trial. Remember just how serious a case this is and why the parent was considerably concerned. As a reminder of how serious an issue bullying and cyberbullying is visit the website below and see the last YouTube video this young girl posted before she committed suicide due to bullying.

Next up lets lock in who is playing each roll in this trial. Remember we will be competing against someone who is about to graduate from law school and is extremely good.
