Steps in a Jury Trial

Agenda:

Warm Up (0 minutes)

I am not going to do a warm up today. I will be with Mr. Nelson and some other leadership teacher’s in downtown today. If you need anything please e-mail me at MrTylersLessons@gmail.com I do have my laptop and cell with me.

Task #1 (50 minutes)

We did trial prep on Tuesday, a practice trial on Wednesday, and following the practice you asked for more time to prep for trial. So I am going to give you today to finish prepping your team for trial. Be ready for a live jury tomorrow and make sure your witnesses know their roles. Additionally, you need to make sure your evidence expert knows how to get evidence admitted into trial. Lastly, do not forget your sign up sheet is on the wall this time just in case someone does forget what they agreed to do.
