Task #1 (40 minutes )
Today we are doing our practice trial. Unlike normal though we are only running one trial. As a result I will not be having you download and share jury notes to me. The sign up sheets are hung up on the wall this time as well.
Task #2 (40 minutes)
Instead we are going to run the trial and then break into prosecution and defense teams to analyze how the other team did. We are going to use a poster like we did last time we broke down performances.
