Agenda:

Warm Up (0 minutes)

I am not going to do a warm up today to make room for a new type of trial prep.

Task #1 (20 minutes)

We are going to begin our new trial a bit differently than usual. This time around we are going to run one large case and prep for the case on paper. When you get into the room today you will all receive a printed version of Billings v Pearson for your reference. Once we go through the packet and learn the formatting we will be breaking into Prosecution and Defense teams. Following this each team  will create a physical sign up sheet for who will fulfill what role in trial. These sign up sheets will be posted on the back wall for reference.

Task #2 (60 minutes)

Now you will begin prepping for your new case. Each person will write out their assignment and put it in a common folder that will stay in the classroom this time.
