Agenda:

Warm Up (0 minutes)

 

There will not be a warm up today.

Task #1 (10 minutes)

 

We need to increase the quality of work on our trial briefs before we can proceed to court. Today when you come in you will a sign up sheet on the white board. You will sit with your trial teams. Figure out who will be responsible for each section then have them sign up on the board.

Task #2 (50 minutes)

Now each person per team has a task specifically for them in the trial brief. Work as a team to build up a full trial brief. Be ready to share out.

Task #3 (30 minutes)

Now each team will share out their work and peer review each other’s facts.
