Message from Mr. Tyler:
Today I have to be off site. Be ready for your trials tomorrow. Part of being ready is to see who realistically on your team is going to be present to actually try the case. If you are absent on these case days your taking a “0”. It is the same as a baseball player missing a game. While you are getting ready do not forget to go to your google drive under “shared with me” and explore the mock trial resources I have collected for you. If you have any problems or need help e-mail me at MrTylersLessons@gmail.com. Lastly, you saw the practice trials on Friday. You should know where your weak points are in how you present your case now.
Task #1 – (60 Minutes for Trial Prep)
Directions: Today you have 60 minutes for trial prep. Be ready for court tomorrow. Remember the mission statements, goals, and objectives you created yesterday. Your teams will be meeting in the same places they did yesterday as well. You are welcome to move the desks as needed, but remember to put them back before you leave.
Case #1 – People-v-Stevens
