Warm Up:

Since I cannot be with you today then there will not be a warm up today.

Task #1: (SCRIPTED TRIAL – AMERICAN V PAT MORTON)

Based on the votes from yesterday we are going to run the scripted Mock Trial #2 – America vs Pat Morton when I return tomorrow Thursday (2-4-2016). Look at the sign up sheet below to remember what roll you signed up for. Today I will open the sign up sheet so you can trade rolls if you want or for the people who were absent to be able to add their names into a roll that they want. Don’t forget in the script it says what rolls need to be played. We can have two of every roll that needs to be filled. If every roll gets filled and you still don’t have one e-mail me at MrTylersLessons@gmail.com and I will assign you a roll. If, when I return, people are saying a roll was stolen from them by someone taking one name out and putting their name in then both students will lose the roll and take one that I assign them.  I did downloaded the sign up sheet we made yesterday in class as a reference just in case. Today I want you to start looking over your roll and making sure you are ready to deliver it in a loud clear voice tomorrow.

Task #3: (MOCK TRIAL COLUMBIA V CHRIS ARCHER)

Depending on your roll your assignment will be different today. If you are new to your roll you will be starting from scratch, if you are in the same roll as you have been then I want you working and revising your contribution to the trial. Every person in the room has a roll. Look below to see what you should be working on today once you feel you could deliver your scripted mock trial lines without having to rely too much on looking at the script. The case materials and mock trial resources are still posted below.
