Then wait for the document to save and click on the blue share button again. This time it will ask who you want to share it to and you want to type in MrTylersLessons@gmail.com now you will be ready to start.
Downloadabe .Doc File -> Objections Practice
When you have your answer document ready open the pdf file below. I will run you through what each objection means again. Then there will be a scenario. Read the scenario. After the scenario you will see excerpts from court with blue boxes that say “Answer #1” for example. On your answer document tell me what objection you would use for each of these boxes and why you would use that objection. If you run into any problems during this practice e-mail me at MrTylersLessons@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Downloadable PDF -> Mock Trial Objections
Should you finish the online game and the mock trial objections practice then you need to start prepping for your roll in court on Friday. Every person in the room is responsible for either the opening argument, closing argument, objections, questioning, or really knowing a witness statement inside and out. You will be running a full mock trial this Friday and that will be the same as an exam in this class.
MOCK TRIAL STEPS AND SKILLS RESOURCES:
Ticket Out the Door:
There will not be a ticket out the door today.
Do not forget you will be running your mock trial in entirety on this Friday. This has the same weight as an exam. Make sure each member of your team knows their roles inside and out.
