Task #1
First up today we are going to finish looking over the steps to trial.
Task #2
Once we have finished our steps to trial notes we are going to start getting familiar with our first mock trial case. I will walk you through the facts of the case and the first witness statement then I will leave it to you to finish the analysis. For each of the documents below I want you to download the document, save it as a google doc, share to MrTylersLessons@gmail.com and then read through and highlight important pieces of information. If you don’t know how to highlight I will walk you through it. Make sure you title the document with your name and period number.
