Task #1:

Before we get back into our material today I was thinking of adding some additional units to this course, but before I do I want your opinion on if the following units are worth exploring based on the definition of the purpose of this course.

  1. Terrorism
  2. Piracy (18th Century to Present)

Task #2:

Getting back on track now, Make a copy of the chart in the downloadable file below. We will use of our reference notebooks to break down and analyze each of the killers we looked at yesterday. This will be done individually.

Task #3:

Let’s delve into some basic psychology. Even the best psychiatrists in the world cannot explain why serial killers develop. Many debate on the same question. Is it in a person’s nature to be evil? Or are they a product of their environment. I am going to give you some basic information on this debate and then we are going to sort out our own opinions on the topic outside by forming a live opinion line where people that think its in a person’s nature to be evil will stand to the left, people that think it is a combination in the middle, and people who think serial killers are a product of their environment will stand to the right. Be ready to explain why you chose to stand where you did!
