Juvenile Crimal Offenders – Case Study Day I – Kenneth Young
Unit S.M.A.R.T. Goal:
Students will assist in determing the best legal course of action to help lower the juvenile re-incarceration rate.
Students will list and appraise the case of Kenneth Young who was arrested at age 14 for being an accomplice in 4 armed robberies and in return originally received a sentence of life without parole.
