Unit S.M.A.R.T. Goal:

Students will be able to identify the causes of the Roaring 20’s, its affect on American Society, and its impact on international alliances to 80% accuracy in 3 of 4 trials.

Today’s Objective:

Students will be peer reviewing each other’s answers from Friday’s Roaring 20’s Costa’s questions and analyzing the duality that is America in the 1920s.

Behavioral Norms (Student Developed):

1.  “Only one person talks at a time” – Noah  (23 votes – approved)

2. “Respect others opinions/ideas” – Rob (31 votes – approved)

3. “Stay on task” – Andrea ( 27 votes – approved)

Agenda:

Task #1 – Form back into your original groups of 4.

Task #2 – Get out a sheet of lined paper and set it up like the downloadable peer review document below.

Task #3 – You will have four minutes we each poster. At the end of the four minutes you will transition the poster to the next group. We will go numerically.

Task #4 – Secret vote on which group wrote the best questions and which had the best answers.

Task #5 – World War I exam debrief? This task is dependent on the take-home physical copies being turned in on time.

Task #6 – Roaring 1920s diagram showing the duality of America.
