CCHS Mock Trial HeaderTopic:

People v Shem

Objective:

Students will evaluate information and work with witnesses one on one so they can learn their story for court as well as develop questions for Prosecution and Defense for that witness.

Agenda:

Task #1- Today as you enter the room you will notice that there are six work stations set up with a laptop at each station. In the center of each station you will notice there is a witness name. The people who are playing witnesses need to set where their name is. The rest of you can sit where you would like.

Task #2 – On your laptops you will create a word document with two collumns. Each collumn will be 21 spaces. The title for the collumn on the left is “Prosecution Questions”. The title for the collumn on the right is “Defense Questions”. Today you will be working as a team to help the witnesses learn their roles as well as help the prosecution and defense teams prepare questions for court.
